It's hard to imagine life without Snoopy, Charlie Brown, and the Peanuts comics Charles Schulz created.
I have nostalgic memories of watching "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" on TV around Halloween every October and "A Charlie Brown Christmas" each December.
Snoopy is my all time favorite cartoon character thanks to the Snoopy stuffed animal that I carted around throughout my entire childhood. As Mr. Schulz so wisely wrote: "Happiness is a warm puppy."
A few years ago, it was a thrill to visit the Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa, CA and Snoopy's Home Ice next door. Hope to go back someday for a skate and hot chocolate at the Warm Puppy Cafe.
Do you enjoy all things Peanuts as much as I do? Do you still watch the Peanuts specials on TV each year? Who is your favorite character? Did you ever put Silly Putty on newspaper comics like the Peanuts and watch them transfer? That is old school fun!

I DID do that with silly putty -- thanks for reminding me! The good old days... Snoopy has always been my favorite Peanut; Charlie Brown just makes me sad.
I loved Snoopy too!! I can't imagine life without Peanuts cartoons in them and own quite a few of them on DVD and VHS. Visiting from the A-Z challenge. ♥

I adore the Peanuts cartoons too. Yes I did the silly putty thing. I love Snoopy and Woodstock!!! My boyfriend wants to get a beagle and I'm lobbying hard to name it Snoopy. Wish I'd seen the museum and skated at the rink when I lived in Marin County...so close to Santa Rosa!
I love Snoopy, in all his different roles, and also Lucy though she's such a know-it-all! This summer, my big dream came true when I visited the museum and the ice rink!
I am stopping by from the A-Z blog challenge!
